Reservation

Reservation must be made at least 3 days before actual rental date for better accommodation of their desired schedule. Contact us for reservations.

 

Mode of Payment

Transactions are done on either cash basis, remittance or bank deposit.

          Cash Transactions:   The client must give the total amount due when the service commences.

                                             Additional charges shall be billed upon termination of the service.

​

                          Payment:   Payment should be done not less than a day before the trip schedule.

 

Rate Inclusions

       *Daily Trips-Ride Sharing includes free pick up from locations and drop to point of destinations except

         from areas not covered of van franchise. 

       *All quotations given for Van Hire are inclusive of gasoline, appropriate toll fees, terminal fees, and

         chauffeur.

       *All quotations given for Car Rentals with drivers are inclusive of gasoline, appropriate toll fees,

         terminal fees, and chauffeur.

       *All quotations given are only for an agreed point-to-point service. All other “side trips” will be charged

         accordingly depending on the distance, destinations and road conditions.

Rate Exclusions

        *All quotations given for self drive-Car Rental are exclusive of gasoline, appropriate toll fees,

          terminal fees, and chauffeur.

        *All quotations given are only for an agreed point-to-point service. All other “side trips” will be charged

          accordingly depending on the distance, destinations and road conditions.

 

Duration of Rental (Day Trips)

        *4 hours for City Tour.

        *Overnight/s are not inclusive for Van Hire, and per way trips (except for the time started as agreed).

        *Car rentals is 24 hrs from the time started (except as agreed). 

 

Overtime Charges

There will be a charge of PHP 200 for every additional hour of extension for Van Hire and city tour.

 

Overnight Charge

There will be a charge of PHP 1, 500 for every overnight stay for Van Hire. Driver's accommodation will be shouldered by the client.

 

Vehicle Operator

Only our company drivers are authorized to operate the "van hire" vehicle(s). There will be no self-driven Van Hires.

Car Rentals could be a self drive or with company driver (as agreed).
